Our Purpose
The purpose of GIA, founded in 1976, is to promote cooperation among members of faith communities and human service organizations and to bring about social justice in order that all persons in our community will have what they need to safely thrive as human beings.

Monthly Meetings
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we work together with faith communities and social service agencies to help meet the needs in our community. We have monthly programs that raise our awareness of the available services in Weld County and provide an opportunity for members to share announcements of upcoming events. We develop friendships across all faiths and advocate for the safety and freedom to worship as we choose.
All faith communities, social service agencies, and any other interested parties are welcome to attend our meetings. We meet currently both in person at the First Congregational Church (2101 16th St., Greeley) and over Zoom on the second Thursday of the month at 2:00 p.m. Email us for a link to join over Zoom.
GIA Clothing Bank
The Greeley Interfaith Association oversees the GIA Clothing Bank, where community members can purchase good used clothing at very reasonable prices. Vouchers that drop the price of clothing by 90% can be obtained from faith communities or social service agencies that provide case management services. Volunteers from different faith communities work diligently to keep the Clothing Bank running smoothly.
The Clothing Bank is located at 228 N 9th Ave. in Greeley and is open Monday-Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Women, men, and children's clothing is available, along with accessories.
Donations of clean used clothing are always welcome, as are more volunteers!
